New staff for TPi

Matthew Steele has been recruited as an associate by transportation consultants TPi. He will be based in the company’s Cork office. Steele joins TPi from Mouchel Parkman where he led on the delivery of passenger transport, traffic management and cycling-related projects in south and west Yorkshire.

Paul Joice, who worked previously for Faber Maunsell, joins TPi’s northern office at Leeds as a consultant.
