TPi to provide advice for major city project

Transportation expert TPi is to provide specialist traffic and transport advice for the £100 million City Park Gate development in Birmingham’s Eastside.

TPi has been appointed by joint venture Countryside Quintain which is currently developing a major mixed development including residential, commercial and retail land uses in the area between Moor Street Queensway and Park Street, adjacent to the city centre core shopping area.

City Park Gate is the second phase of Birmingham City Council’s Masshouse development.
